User experience design is a must stage in every application development life cycle. If you want your users to have a great experience while using your app then prototyping is a must in the UX design process.

Before you look for any application developer, you should first discuss your ideas with me so I can put your ideas into an interactive prototype before you actually invest money in development. It would save cost and you would be able to use the application with dummy data so that you can check what your users will feel while using the app. You can then present it to your investors so that they will also be able to feel the experience as well. It is always great to prototype fist to save a lot of money from being wasted :)
