You can request a full refund at the homepage draft stage if you’re not satisfied with the direction. Refunds are not applicable once revisions or modifications have started. Design rights remain with the designer in case of cancellation.
Do you provide content design or copywriting?
This gig does not include content writing or infographic design. If you don’t have content ready, I can use dummy text and placeholder images to complete the design, which can be updated later.
What if I need a multi-page website design?
If your project requires more pages than the listed packages include, send me your brief. I’ll review the requirements and create a custom offer based on your project scope.
Do you code or develop the website?
No. This gig is for UI/UX design only. The final delivery includes well-organized Figma files prepared for developer handoff.
Do you build websites using Elementor?
Yes. UI/UX designs are created in Figma first, and I can build the website using WordPress Elementor when development support is needed. If you’d like the website built in Elementor, feel free to discuss your project with me before ordering.
Can we communicate in English during the project?
Yes, I’m fluent in English and can communicate clearly in both written and spoken form.
