Important notes:
- Please send clear scans or straight-on photos.
- Unclear handwriting or corrections may require manual confirmation.
- AATD / simulator time can be kept separate from aircraft total time when needed.

What file format will I receive?
You will receive a clean spreadsheet workbook. CSV or custom formatting can be discussed if needed.
Do you log into my digital logbook account?
No. The default service is spreadsheet delivery, not account access. From my experience, a clean spreadsheet can be sent to some of the digital logbook companies for upload.
What if some entries are hard to read?
I will flag questionable entries for your review, and page totals are used to help reconcile likely errors.
What do you need before starting?
Please use the chat function to send 3-5 sample pages, an approximate entry count, and your preferred output format. Flat scanner works best, followed by a scanning app on the phone, followed by pictures.
