FAQ
Will the app work on iPhone?
The code is cross-platform and builds for iOS. You receive the complete iOS source and an unsigned build. Running it on an iPhone or submitting to the App Store requires your own Apple Developer account at 99 dollars a year, which stays in your name.
Is this a template, or is it built for me?
It is built for you. I work on my own framework so the foundations are already tested, which is why delivery is weeks rather than months. Your branding, your content, your flows, and on Standard and Premium the complete source code is yours.
Do I get the source code?
Yes on Standard and Premium. On Basic you receive the built app; source code can be added as an extra. When you get the source, you own it and can build on it or hand it to another developer.
Can you add live payments?
Not in these packages. The app ships with a working checkout flow and a clearly marked integration point for a real gateway such as Stripe or a local provider. Wiring in a live gateway is a separate quote once we know which one you use.
Can you publish the app to Google Play or the App Store?
Publishing needs accounts in your name: Google Play is 25 dollars once, Apple is 99 dollars a year. You create and own them. I can quote separately for preparing and uploading the build.
What do you need from me to start?
Which flow you want, your app name, your logo and brand colours, and your content such as products or listings. If you do not have branding yet, I can work with placeholders and swap it in later.
What if I find a bug after delivery?
Bugs in what I delivered are fixed free for 30 days. New features or changes of scope are a new quote. That keeps the boundary clear for both of us.
Can I see a working example?
Yes. There is a live demo of the framework I build on at paragon-forge.github.io/paragon-app-demo/ — you can open it in a browser and click through a real app. Your project would be built on the same foundations, with your branding and your content.
What timezone are you in, and how quickly do you reply?
I am based in Malaysia, GMT+8. I reply within a few hours on most days. If a question needs a longer answer I will tell you when to expect it rather than leaving you waiting.
Do you design the app, or work from my Figma file?
Neither. Your app uses my framework's existing design, adapted to your brand: your logo, colours, app name and content. That is why delivery takes weeks. If you have your own design that must be built exactly as drawn, message me first with the file and I will tell you honestly if I can take it on.
