Yes. I can have a look at it and tell you if I can fix it or not before you pay.
What if my 3D model was made with another software like blender, cinema 4D or 3dx max?
Yes, I am able to convert or extract a 3D model from any software. Also, you can export your model as an FBX file and Autodesk Maya will be able to read it.
What formats do you accept, and what do you deliver?
I accept standard 3D source formats including .FBX, .OBJ, .MA/.MB (Maya), and common CAD formats. I deliver fully optimized, production-ready .GLB and .GLTF files optimized specifically for web runtimes.
What exactly does 3D optimization mean for WebGL/Three.js?
Traditional 3D models are too heavy for browsers and cause lag. Optimization involves lowering the polygon count (re-topologizing), merging meshes, cleaning up hierarchies, baking lighting/materials into textures, and using Draco compression to make files load instantly on the web.
