You will receive a Microsoft 365 business standard account to access email through Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and other microsoft apps. A technical design document will be delivered that outlines how the account was setup and what configuration were made.
What is not included in this service?
This service does not include automation setups or customization of automations via Power Automate.

How do I know which Microsoft license I need?
Microsoft has a multitude of licenses! The 3 licenses I focus on are the Microsoft business basic, business standard, and business premium. We can jump on a Zoom or teams call to unpack your requirements and see which license best fits.
Can I add a custom domain to make my emails look more professional?
Yes, we can add a unique or custom domain to the account. You will first need to purchase the domain through any web/hosting service like Bluehost or GoDaddy. I can send instructions or we can get on a Zoom call to enter the DNS records that will be needed.
