What source materials do you need?
Send what you have: specifications, CAD files or drawings, product photos, existing manuals, parts lists, and any required warnings. If something is missing or unclear, I will ask you rather than guess.
Can you make instructions for Amazon, Shopify or Etsy products?
Yes. I size the guide for listing images, product inserts, retail packaging and websites.
Which products do you cover?
Furniture, consumer electronics and home appliances, including flat-pack furniture, smart home devices, gadgets and kitchen appliances.
Can you redesign my existing manual?
Yes. Send your current instructions and I'll quote the redesign.
Can you handle complex or industrial products?
Yes, if the source material is clear. I work from your specifications, drawings, and existing documents. For complex products, I may split the manual into installation, operation, and maintenance sections. Very large manuals need the Premium package or a custom offer.
How do revisions work?
Revisions cover wording, layout, and illustration corrections within the agreed scope. If the product design or source files change after work starts, I may quote an add-on. Sending feedback as one list keeps revisions efficient.
Will I get editable files?
Standard and Premium include editable source files (AI and SVG) with the print-ready PDF, so your team can update the manual later. Basic delivers the print-ready PDF only. Tell me before ordering if you need a specific format.
