FAQ
Can my branches share the same clients and staff?
Yes, that is the core of it. A client is recognised at any branch with their full history, and a stylist can work across several locations with different prices at each.
Do the WhatsApp reminders work straight away?
The scheduling, templates and sending queue are built and working. Going live needs your own WhatsApp Business account and approved message templates, which I set up with you on the Premium package.
Can customers book online themselves?
Yes. There is a public booking page where they pick a branch, treatment, stylist and time, confirmed by a code sent to their phone. It is included in the Premium package.
Can you add a feature we need?
Yes, ofcourse. Message me first with what you need and I will quote it as a custom offer. I would rather turn down a bad fit than deliver something that does not suit how you work.
What if I already have client data?
Send it as a spreadsheet and I will import clients, services, staff and products for you. This is included from the Standard package.
Does it handle my currency and tax?
Yes. Currency symbol, position, separators, tax name and rate are all settings, and tax can be inclusive or added on top. Nothing is hard-coded to one country.
