I will migrate your salesforce workflow rules and process builder to flow
About this gig
Salesforce ended support for Workflow Rules and Process Builder at the end of 2025. They still run, but they get no fixes, and they're slower and harder to maintain than Flow. I'll move your automation to Flow without breaking anything your team relies on.
What I do:
- Review every Workflow Rule and Process Builder on the objects you choose
- Rebuild them as record-triggered Flows, combining several into one Flow per object where it makes sense
- Use fast before-save Flows for updates to the same record
- Turn time-based actions into scheduled paths
- Test the new Flows side by side with the old automation in a sandbox
- Switch off the old automation once the Flows are live, so nothing runs twice
What you get:
- Working, tested Flows ready for production
- A list of every automation moved and what replaced it
- Deployment steps
I'm a Salesforce developer and tech lead with 5+ years of experience and 6 Salesforce certifications.
Please message me with how many Workflow Rules and Process Builders you have, and I'll confirm the right package.

FAQ
Do I really need to migrate?
Your Workflow Rules and Process Builders keep running, but Salesforce no longer supports them, so bugs won't be fixed and new features only come to Flow. Moving now is safer than waiting until something breaks.
Can't I just use Salesforce's Migrate to Flow tool?
For simple rules, yes, and I use it where it helps. But it converts one rule at a time and doesn't combine automations or cover every case, so I review and test every Flow it creates.
Will this affect my users?
No. I build and test everything in a sandbox first. In production, the old automation is switched off as soon as the new Flows are live, so nothing runs twice.
How do I count my automations?
In Setup, open Workflow Rules and Process Builder and count the active ones, or send me a screenshot of each list and I'll count them.
Do you need access to my production org?
No. Create a user for me in a sandbox. Changes go to production only after you approve them.
Do you use AI tools?
Yes, I use AI coding assistants to speed up routine work. I design, review, test and deploy everything myself before you get it.
