Do I need a gym membership?
No you don't girl! I design programs for home, gym, or both. You tell me what equipment you have and I build around it.
I'm a beginner. Is this for me?
Absolutely. I work with women at all levels. Beginners actually build muscle fastest (that's called the "newbie gains"). We'll take full advantage of that.
Will I get "too bulky"?
This is a common misconception about women who lift weights. Building significant muscle takes years of dedicated training and eating. The goal here is a strong, defined physique, and you control how far you take it.
How quickly will I see results?
Strength gains typically show within 2-3 weeks. Visible muscle changes take 6-12 weeks with consistent training and nutrition. Overall, it is dependent on genetics, how hard you train, and how you fuel your body and eat. We'll make our best in order for you to see results consistently!
