I will be your parenting and family coach
Parenting Coach for Teens and Family Communication
About this Gig
Being a mother of two isn't something I learned from a textbook; it's something I've lived, every single day, for the last 18 years. My daughter is 16 now, my son just turned 18, and my husband and I have been married for 20 years. In that time, I've navigated pretty much everything a family can throw at you: sleepless nights with a newborn, exhausting toddler tantrums that make you question everything, the confusing in-between years, and now the teenage years, which come with a whole different kind of challenge.
I know what it's like to sit across from your teenager at dinner and feel like you're talking to a stranger. I know the frustration of setting a boundary and having it tested five minutes later. I know how easy it is to lose yourself and your marriage in the middle of raising kids and how much intentional work it takes to protect that relationship too. None of this is theoretical for me. I've been in it, I'm still in it, and I've figured out what actually works and what doesn't.
That's what I bring to coaching. I'm not here to hand you a generic parenting script pulled from a book. I'm here to sit with you, really listen to what's happening in your family right
