Do you offer revisions?
Yes, I include one round of minor revisions (e.g., text edits, voiceover adjustments, or swapping a shot we filmed). Please note that revisions do not cover complete script changes, concept changes or re-filming the entire video after delivery if the original brief was followed.
How does the product shipping process work?
Please message me before ordering if you need to ship a physical product. I will provide you with my shipping address. The delivery countdown for the gig officially begins after the product arrives at my location to ensure I have the full timeline to shoot and edit for you :)
Can I keep the raw footage?
The standard packages include the final edited video assets only. If you want the unedited raw footage for your internal editing team to cut into different variations later, message me first so I can adjust the price. It is NOT included for free.
Do you post the videos to your own social media accounts?
No. I specialize in delivering high-converting, faceless UGC and spokesperson assets for your brand to distribute. I do not post, host, or promote client products on my personal social channels.
What if I don't have a script?
I can absolutely help! If you don't have a script ready, you can add scriptwriting as an à la carte gig extra at checkout. I will handle the writing for you, adhering to your core brand message and weaving it into an authentic, story-driven, or informational script designed to convert.
