What is the format of output file?
Any vector format you want. Usually, I deliver files in following formats: .PDF .AI .SVG .CDR .EPS .PNG .JPG (or any other file format you need)
Copy same as the original?
I always try to understand the lines, parts of your logo to redraw the most exactly. If your logo is blurry, difficult to redraw, I will research, find more reference images on the internet to be able to redraw your logo as accurately as possible.
Can you Provide Print Ready files?

What is the delivery time?
Some images may take minutes, some may take a few days of work. Anyway, with simple, normal images, I always try to do it within 2-12h. With complex images, I will often have to ask for extra time, hope you can understand that are unable to complete huge projects in 12-24h
