Yes. I provide remote troubleshooting for Windows 10 and Windows 11 PCs and laptops.
Can you fix a Blue Screen / BSOD?
Yes. I can investigate BSOD error messages, drivers, Windows configuration, updates and other software-related causes. Hardware failures may require physical repair or component replacement.
Can you fix a very slow PC?
Yes. I can investigate startup programs, resource usage, Windows configuration, drivers, updates and other common causes of poor performance.
Do I need to install remote-access software?
Yes. For remote troubleshooting, I normally use AnyDesk or TeamViewer. I'll guide you through the connection process.
Can you fix hardware problems?
I can help diagnose whether hardware may be responsible for the problem, but physical hardware replacement or repair cannot be performed remotely.
