I will file confirmation statement for UK limited company

If you have a UK Limited Company then you must file a confirmation statement at least once a year, but you may choose to file more often. Every company, including dormant and non trading companies, must file a confirmation statement. It confirms the information Companies House hold about your company is up to date.

You must file at least one confirmation statement every 12 months. Your 12 month review period starts on either:

• the date your company incorporated

• the date you filed your last confirmation statement

You must file your statement within 14 days of the end of your review period.

If you do not file your statement within 14 days of the end of your review period, your company and its officers may be prosecuted. Your company may also be struck off the register.

Service included in this Gig:

I will file your Annual confirmation statement (Annual Return CS01) with or without changes as per your requirement with Companies House.

There is £50 filing fees payable to Companies house.

My Basic package don't include that filing fees.

My standard and premium packages incudes £50 filing fees payable to Companies House.
