About this gig

Looking for a fast, reliable website that actually works? I build custom websites from scratch using PHP and MySQL no cookie-cutter templates, just clean code tailored to your business.

What you get:

A responsive, professional website that looks great on any device

A custom admin dashboard so you can manage your content easily

Built-in visitor analytics to track who's checking out your site

Technical SEO setup (sitemap, meta tags, Google Search Console) so your site can actually be found

Clear communication throughout you'll know what's happening at every step

I care about clean code and long-term maintainability, not just getting something live quickly. Whether you need a simple landing page or a full multi-page site with an admin panel, I'll build it to match exactly what you need.

Message me before ordering if you have specific requirements happy to discuss your project first.

I'm a full-stack developer turning ideas into working software — from websites and mobile apps to automation and API integrations. I build web platforms with admin dashboards (PHP/MySQL), cross-platform mobile apps (.NET MAUI/C#), Python automation tools, technical SEO setups, and API integrations (payments, maps, messaging, AI) into existing systems. I value clean code and clear communication, so you'll always know what's being built and why. Check my portfolio at rkinay.com or message me about your project.
