With 13+ years of design experience, I will review your website and provide you with a detailed pdf report on how to update it to be as polished and professional as possible.
This package will help you identify User Experience issues on your current website and make suggestions on how to greatly improve the way users interact with your site.
I will also do a visual audit to make sure the overall site is well designed, images, colours, fonts, and graphics are consistent and aligned with your brand, and that your message and content are being displayed in a clear way.
This gig is specifically to give a detailed report to suggest how a site can be improved. No actual design work on your web pages is included in this gig.

What exactly does a UX/UI audit include?
This gig includes an audit of your site’s user experience and visual design, areas visitors may get stuck, confused, or disengaged, including navigation, layout, readability, visual hierarchy, accessibility, and overall design consistency with actionable recommendations for improvement on desktop.
What kind of recommendations will I receive?
You’ll get a detailed report highlighting issues, prioritization of what to fix first, and suggested changes for both UX and visual design. Recommendations are clear, practical, and tailored to your audience and goals.
Do you audit mobile layouts too?
While a mobile audit is not included in the primary gig options, it is available as an add-on when purchasing the gig.
Will you make the changes for me, or just provide recommendations?
This gig focuses on providing clear, actionable recommendations that you or your development team should be able to easily apply. I do not implement changes as a part of this gig. If you need help implementing changes or want a full or partial redesign, I offer additional services.
Do I need to provide any materials before you start the audit?
Yes, you will need to provide a link to the site as well as fill out a brief questionnaire about your project. If your site/app is still in development, you will need to provide a password or some form of easy access so I can properly review your project.
Can you run an audit while I'm still making changes to the project?
No. If you are still making changes, please wait until you are done to purchase this gig. New changes will make some of the feedback irrelevant or hard to follow. I want to make sure I am providing the best audit possible, so it's important not to make changes until the audit is done.
Will you consider my brand identity in the audit?
Yes. Maintaining your brand’s tone, colors, and overall style is a part of the audit. I assess how well your current design reflects your brand while still providing a smooth user experience. If you have any specific areas of concern, there is space to outline them while purchasing the gig.

While I can't guarantee specific results, by identifying usability issues, design inconsistencies, and friction points, the audit helps you create a smoother user journey, which can lead to higher engagement and conversions when implemented correctly into your site.
