What details should I provide after purchasing a gig?
Your name, position, phone number, email address, web address, workplace address, social media handles, and any other details you'd like to include.
Delivery Time
Delivery time applies only to initial designs. Revisions may take more time.
What things can I request through revisions?
You can request changes to texts, fonts, colors, placements, and other elements of the already designed concepts. However, please note that revisions do not include receiving new card concepts. Additionally, revisions are not available after the finalization of the job.
How long does it take for revisions?
I can complete one or more revisions within 48 hours. However, I always strive to complete revisions within 24 hours or less. Please kindly provide all your revisions at once so that I can finalize your job as soon as possible.
What do I receive for source files?
Adobe Illustrator (AI and EPS) or Adobe InDesign (INDD) or Adobe Photoshop (PSD) files.
What are source files and how can they be useful?
Source files refer to editable files exported from the software I use to create your card. They allow you to make changes to the information, fonts, colors, and other elements of the card at any time.
Can I get the same design for my business partners/employees?
Yes, you can purchase the Additional Person option when placing your order or later after finalizing the design. The cost is $5 for up to 5 persons/employees.
Can you create custom sized or custom shaped business cards?
Yes, I can design business cards in any size or shape you need. Just provide the dimensions or a sample.
Can you find and include relevant images?
Yes, I can find and incorporate royalty-free images into your designs that are relevant to the content.
