What states do you offer?
I've chosen to work exclusively with Colorado for non-US Resident LLC formations. They offer fast digital processing, simple on-going compliance and really easy digital-based management, with no requirement to send paper or physical forms. They work great for global entrepreneurs.
What is your delivery time?
My delivery time of the EXPRESS service is under 72 hours. This includes full end-to-end register LLC, set up registration and EIN number. This does not include New Mexico LLCs because the New Mexico authorities take much longer to review.
Do you provide a US Address
Yes this is included for the state you are registered in. You can access the mail via a secure log-in on the address website. This will ensure you can receive letters, mail, debit cards from the Bank and more. Everything is scanned and uploaded within 24 hours for your llc registration.
Do you include EIN?
Yes the EIN Number is included, as well as EIN Verification PDF. You need this to open a US Bank Account, start an Amazon business or more.
Do you include CP575?
Yes CP575 is the EIN Verification is included along with the EIN Number that will be connected to your US LLC Business. You need this to open a US Bank Account, start an Amazon business or more.
Do I have to pay US Taxes?
No, US LLCs are pass-through which means the tax is paid at a local level depending on where you live. I am happy to provide extra advice on US Taxes, please message me for more.
Is Stripe, Shopify, Amazon or 3rd Party Platforms included in the service?
No. This service is for US LLC set up ONLY. I do not have expertise in any third party platforms, they are specifically excluded and I cannot assist with applications for these platforms.
Is US Bank Account opening included?
No US Bank opening is not included in the scope of my service. A US LLC will be eligible to apply for a US Bank Account but it does not guarantee you will be approved. Each Bank makes an independent assessment of your personal profile and business idea when making a decision.
Is my US Bank Account application 100% guaranteed to be approved now I have an LLC?
No - The US Bank will make an independent assessment of your application and decide whether they want to support your business or not. They will consider your country of origin, whether your have a live website, what industry your business will operate in and more.
