About this Gig
Expert executive coaching from a qualified coach and experienced senior leader. Delivered via Zoom.
I will provide bespoke executive coaching tailored to your specific needs and situation. We'll work together on the 3 stages of success:
- Understand. I will help you gain new insights into your situation and the opportunities and challenges you face.
- Plan. I will help you step back and consider your options. We'll identify creative solutions and prioritise actions.
- Implement. As you set off implementing change, we will take stock with each step to see how things are turning out, using meaningful measures of success.
Our work together will be entirely confidential. I abide by the Global Code of Ethics for coaching, mentoring and supervision. You will receive detailed notes of each coaching session, along with plans and diagrams created during the session.
FAQ
Do I need prior experience of coaching?
No. This is available to anyone wanting to gain a better perspective, develop plans and implement them successfully.
What hours do you work?
Sessions can be booked from 7:00am to 10:00pm UK time (UTC +0).
Are you available at short notice?
Yes, I'm often able to provide "emergency" coaching at very short notice. Get in touch and I'm usually able to give an answer about my availability in under 1 hour.
Is this only for senior executives?
No, this kind of coaching works for people in every stage of life and work. And it can help in all sorts of situations - life challenges, career planning, conflict with colleagues, etc.
Does it matter if I don't already know specifically what I want?
No, I'm very happy to help you clarify what you want. That's actually one of the things people commonly use a coach for. If you're just at that scoping stage, I'd suggest booking a short initial session first.

Yes, this is a completely confidential service. I abide by the Global Code of Ethics for coaches and mentors.
