What's the difference between proofreading and editing?
Proofreading fixes typos, grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Editing goes further and improves clarity, flow, and sentence structure. Standard and Premium include both.
What file formats do you accept?
Word (.docx) files and Google Docs links work best. If you send a Google Docs link, make sure it allows editing so I can return your document with tracked changes.
How long can my document be?
Choose the package that fits your word count. If your document is longer, message me before ordering and I'll create a custom offer instead of squeezing it into a package.
Will you change my writing style or meaning?
No. I fix errors and improve clarity, but your voice and ideas stay yours. If something is unclear, I'll leave a comment instead of silently changing it.
How many revisions do I get?
Basic and Standard include 2 revisions, and Premium includes 3. Revisions cover adjustments to my edits, not new content added after delivery.
What types of content do you edit?
Blog posts, articles, website copy, business documents, and essays. For highly technical, legal, or medical content, message me first so I can confirm it's a good fit.
Is my content kept confidential?
Yes. I never share your documents with anyone, and I only use them to complete your order.
How fast will I get my order?
Basic is delivered in 2 days, Standard in 3, and Premium in 5. If you need it sooner, message me before ordering and I'll tell you honestly if I can make it work.
