AI creates the first pass. I check wording and timing against your audio and refine the result. Inaudible words are marked rather than invented.
What is the difference between SRT, VTT and burned captions?
SRT and VTT are timed subtitle files for compatible players. Standard and Premium also include one MP4 with captions permanently visible.
What is included in revisions, and what is outside the scope?
One consolidated revision covers the original brief. New recordings, extra minutes or a new style require an agreed scope change. Translation and certification are excluded. Send noisy recordings or more than two speakers for assessment before ordering.
