I will automate your inventory and operations workflows with n8n
Level 1
About this gig
Your stock and operations run on repetitive tasks your team still does by hand: watching stock levels, working out what to reorder, chasing suppliers, tracking shipments, keeping numbers in sync across systems. I build n8n automation that takes that work off your plate, so nothing slips through the cracks.
Here is what makes this different. I spent 25 years running supply chains, so I know the logic, not just the tool. Anyone can send a low-stock alert. I know how to set the reorder point so it fires at the right time, with supplier lead time and the safety stock you actually need. I will tell you straight what your data can support and what it cannot yet.
And you own what I build. Every workflow is documented and set up on your own accounts, so your team can run and change it without me.
What you get:
- n8n automation built around your real stock and operations process
- Clean handover: documented, on your accounts, yours to keep
- Honest advice on what to automate and what your data needs first
Need reordering, supplier POs, and exception handling in one flow? That is the Advanced build.
Message me before ordering with the task that eats your team's time. No pitch.

FAQ
Which inventory and operations tasks can you automate?
Most of the repetitive ones: low-stock alerts, reorder logic, supplier purchase orders, shipment and backorder tracking, supplier follow-up, stock sync across systems, and master-data checks. Tell me the task that eats your time and I'll confirm the fit before you order.
Will this work with my stock system?
n8n connects to spreadsheets, e-commerce platforms, and most systems with an API. Tell me where your stock data lives (a sheet, Shopify, an ERP) and I'll confirm the fit before you order.
Do I need clean data first?
Often, yes — and I'll be straight with you about it. Automation is only as good as the stock data underneath it. If your data needs tidying first, I'll tell you before you buy, not after. That honesty is the point.
Can you actually set the reorder logic, not just the alert?
Yes. That's where my 25 years in supply chain come in. Reorder point, safety stock, lead time — I set these so the automation reorders at the right moment, not too early or too late. Most builders can only send a basic threshold alert.
Does this forecast demand?
The automation handles the data flow and rule-based reorder logic — reorder point, safety stock, lead time. Heavier statistical demand forecasting is a separate analytics job, not something I put inside the n8n automation. I'll keep that line clear so you know what does what.
Can it raise purchase orders to suppliers?
es — as a Premium step or add-on, it can draft or send POs to your suppliers when stock hits the reorder point. We'll decide together how much runs automatically versus what a person approves first. (Matching supplier invoices back to those POs is a finance job — that's my separate finance-automatio
