About this gig

Rebuilding or designing a home in Washington or Oregon's Wildland-Urban Interface (WUI)? Your permit plans may need updates to comply with current wildfire-resistant construction requirements before they can move forward.

I will review your architectural drawings and update key exterior components to better align with applicable WUI standards.

This includes recommendations for fire-resistant siding, Class A roofing, ember-resistant vents, exterior wall assemblies, and other construction details that can help reduce permit revisions and improve code compliance.

Whether you're a homeowner, architect, contractor, or builder, you'll receive clear annotated markups, practical material substitutions, and a professional compliance checklist that supports a smoother permit review process.

Please message me before placing your order so I can review your plans and recommend the best package for your project.
