Your Microsoft 365 tenant should not be one bad login away from a crisis.
I am a senior infrastructure and cloud engineer with 20+ years of hands-on experience. I have led production environments spanning 11 sites, hundreds of servers and roughly 750 VMs, including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, Exchange Online and Defender. I do the work myself.
What I review:
- Global Admin and privileged roles, stale users, guests
- MFA coverage, Conditional Access gaps, conflicts and lockout risks
- Legacy authentication exposure
- SPF, DKIM, DMARC; Exchange forwarding, connectors, delegation
- Secure Score, Defender and external sharing
Rescue Sprint changes are approved by you first, documented, and made with a backout plan.
Scope: one tenant, up to 300 users. You must confirm in writing that you are authorized to administer the tenant.
Not included: penetration testing, phishing simulation, 24/7 monitoring or help desk, migrations, Intune deployment, compliance or insurance attestation, or fixes needing licenses you do not own.

FAQ
Do you need Global Admin access?
No. I start with temporary read-only access. Time-limited admin access is needed only in the Rescue Sprint, and only for changes you have approved in writing. Access is removed at handoff.
Will you change anything without asking?
No. Triage and Assessment are read-only. In the Rescue Sprint every change needs your written approval and has an expected result, a backout step, and a validation test. Conditional Access changes are validated in report-only mode first.
We have more than 300 users or more than one tenant. Can you help?
Yes, but not at the listed price. Message me with user count, tenant count, and licensing and I will send a custom offer with a revised scope.
Is this a penetration test or a compliance audit?
No. This is a configuration and identity security review with optional remediation. It does not include penetration testing, phishing simulation, or any compliance, cyber-insurance, or audit attestation.
Can I start with Triage and upgrade later?
Yes. If you order the Rescue Sprint within 14 days of a Triage, I will send a custom offer that credits the Triage price toward it.
Can you guarantee the tenant will be fully secure?
I guarantee the process and deliverables: documented analysis, approved changes, a change log, and a clear handoff. No one can honestly guarantee full remediation of an environment before it has been assessed.
