My Standard and Premium packages include a basic vulnerability check based on the OWASP Top 10 (such as protection against SQL injections or authentication issues). However, for a thorough and specialized security audit, I recommend hiring a dedicated cybersecurity expert.
How do you handle the confidentiality of my project?
I take confidentiality very seriously. I am willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before starting any work. Your access data, code, and findings will be treated with absolute discretion.
What exactly does the “report” you submit include?
I will deliver a professional document (usually in Google Sheets or Excel) that includes: Executive summary of the quality status. Detailed list of all defects found, with: ID, title, severity (Critical, High, Medium, Low), exact steps to reproduce, evidence (annotated screenshot or video).
Do you perform automated testing in the Standard package?
No, the Standard package is 100% comprehensive manual testing. Automation is a specialized service that requires more time and planning, so it is only offered in the Premium package. However, I can advise you on which flows are ideal candidates for automation in the future.
What information do you need to start testing my application?
I need access to your test environment (URL, credentials) and, if possible, the requirements or use case documentation. For API testing, I will need the endpoints and technical documentation. The more information you provide, the more comprehensive and relevant the tests will be.
What if I find more bugs after you submit the report?
All my packages include limited revisions (2, 4, or 7 depending on the plan) precisely for this case. Once you fix the reported bugs, I will re-test those fixes for free within the agreed number of revisions. New bugs in features not originally agreed upon may require a new agreement.
