Do I need a paid ChatGPT plan to use the custom GPT?
Yes. Custom GPTs run on ChatGPT Plus, Team, or Enterprise. If you don't have one yet, I'll show you how to set it up — it's quick.
Can the GPT use my own files and documents?
Yes. Upload PDFs, internal guidelines, FAQs, product sheets, or training material, and the GPT answers directly from them. The Business and Pro packages include this.
What do you need from me to get started?
A short description of your use case (what the GPT should help with) and any documents you want it to know. That's it. If you're unsure, message me first — I'll guide you through it.
Can the GPT respond in multiple languages?
Yes. I build GPTs that work in English, German, and Italian — including handling input and output in different languages within the same conversation if needed.
What if the GPT doesn't work the way I expected?
Every package includes revisions (1 to 3 depending on the tier). I'll adjust the prompt, persona, or instructions until it fits your workflow. Major scope changes beyond the original brief are handled as a separate order.
