1. Text content in written format. 2. Logo in either PDF, EPS, AI, or JPEG format. 3. Product pictures (if any)
02. How soon can you deliver my project?
Regular delivery time is 1 day. But I have 24-hrs and 8-hrs express delivery service available (additional charges applicable). Please message me for the quotation.
03. Do you write the text content for my project?
Unfortunately No. But if you have a website, I can pull the content from there.
04. Which software do you use to create the design?
Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop. I will send you either a PSD or AI source file at the end of the project. I don't design by using Ms-word or PowerPoint.
05. What if I don't like your work?
First of all, you will love my design. If you don't I offer unlimited revisions until you're 100% happy.
06. What if the order is auto-completed and I still need modifications?
I provide modifications/changes for up to 2 weeks without any additional fee.
