- Do a QBO Bookkeeping Checkup and plan of action
- Accurately record your transactions so you can have clean, tax-ready financials
- Reconcile your bank accounts so you can be sure the numbers are right
- Send you the Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, General Ledger, and Trial Balance to give your tax preparer

My Qualifications
- Working with QuickBooks since 2008 and Advanced Certified in QBO
- Masters in Business Administration
- Actively licensed Certified Public Accountant in Idaho

FAQ
How do we get started?
After we have discussed your project, you will need to add me as an accountant user to your QBO file. To do this, log into your QBO account. Then click on the Gear Icon > Manage Users. You will choose "Add User" and will need to send the request to my email.
Can you import prior years' transactions into QBO?
Yes! I will just need a CSV file with the transactions or your bank statements.
Are you available to be my long-term bookkeeper?
Absolutely! My goal is to establish long-term relationships with my clients.
What apps do you know how to use with QBO?
I'm familiar with Bill.com, Universe, Chargify, tripe, Paypal, Infusionsoft, T-sheets, Clio, and more. If you have an integration you would like, I can help you set that up.
Do you work with businesses outside of the U.S.?
I am only able to work with domestic companies with U.S. Bank accounts. I do work with some clients in Canada depending on the business set up.
What bookkeeping services can you provide?
