FAQ
How do we get started?
After we have discussed your project, you will need to add me as an accountant user to your QBO file. To do this, log into your QBO account. Then click on the Gear Icon > Manage Users. You will choose "Add User" and will need to send the request to my email.
Can you import prior years' transactions into QBO?
Yes! I will just need a CSV file with the transactions or your bank statements.
Are you available to be my long-term bookkeeper?
Absolutely! My goal is to establish long-term relationships with my clients.
Do you work with businesses outside of the U.S.?
I am only able to work with domestic companies with U.S. Bank accounts. I do work with some clients in Canada depending on the business set up.
What bookkeeping services can you provide?
