I will create a custom ghl ai agent for automation with n8n and mcp server

About this gig
Tired of manually replying to leads, answering the same FAQs, and losing deals because your GoHighLevel account can't think for itself? I build custom AI agents inside your GHL sub-account that handle conversations, qualify leads, and trigger workflows automatically so your CRM stops being a static database and starts working like a team member.
What's included:
- Fully configured AI agent connected to your GoHighLevel sub-account
- Claude MCP (Model Context Protocol) integration
- n8n automation workflows connecting GHL to your agent
- Custom conversation flows tailored to your business
- Connections to your existing pipelines, calendars, and tags
- Testing across real scenarios before handoff
Whether you're an agency owner offering this as a service to clients, or a business wanting to stop losing leads to slow response times, this gig gets you a done-for-you AI agent running inside GHL not a template, not a demo, an actual working system.
Message me before ordering so we can map out exactly what you need your agent to do. I'll tell you upfront if your use case needs a custom package.

FAQ
Can you set up an AI agent inside GoHighLevel?
Yes. I build custom AI agents directly into your GHL sub-account that handle lead qualification, FAQs, and appointment booking automatically, using Claude MCP for reasoning and n8n for automation behind the scenes.
Do you offer GHL AI automation for agencies?
Yes. If you're an agency reselling GoHighLevel to clients, I can build a white-labeled AI agent template you can replicate across sub-accounts, so every client gets their own working agent without you rebuilding it each time.
What is Claude MCP and why does my GHL agent need it?
Claude MCP (Model Context Protocol) lets your AI agent pull live data and take real actions inside your systems instead of just generating text replies. In your GHL agent, that means it can check calendars, update contact records, and trigger workflows, not just chat.
Can n8n connect to GoHighLevel for automation?
Yes. n8n is one of the most flexible automation tools for connecting GHL to outside systems like AI models, spreadsheets, or other CRMs. I use it to route data between your AI agent and your GHL sub-account in real time.
Do I need my own GoHighLevel account before ordering?
Yes, you'll need an active GHL sub-account with admin access. If you don't have one yet, message me first. I can point you toward setup options before we build your agent on top of it.
Will the AI agent work with my existing GHL workflows and pipelines, or does it replace them?
It works alongside them. The agent triggers your existing workflows and updates pipeline stages/tags as it works; it doesn't replace your GHL automations, it acts as an intelligent front layer that feeds into them.
What happens if Claude or n8n has downtime does my agent stop working?
If either service is temporarily unavailable, the agent will fail gracefully rather than break your account, meaning conversations queue or fall back to a default response instead of erroring out. I set up basic error handling as part of every build.
Can the agent access my calendar, contacts, and custom fields in GHL?
Yes, through GHL's API. During setup we'll define exactly what data the agent can read and write. I don't grant broader access than the use case requires, for your account's security.
Do you provide the n8n workflow files, or do I only get the finished result?
You get both. I hand over the exported n8n workflow JSON files along with documentation, so you or your team can view, edit, or move them to your own n8n instance later.
Is this a one-time build, or do you offer ongoing support if I need changes later?
The initial build is one-time. After delivery, I offer ongoing support and maintenance separately if you want help scaling the agent or adding new workflows down the line.
