I am here not to tell you - but show you - that meditation and breathwork can be both powerful and simple. It really can be easy with the right technique. And it can bring you an almost instant connection to your body and inner energy, especially when combined with gentle breathwork in a complementary way.

What does it mean to be connected to your body and inner energy? This isn't something mysterious and intangible... you will feel this as your nervous system switches from Stress mode to Rest and Digest mode, your breathing deepens by itself, you feel energy unblock and flow inside you... and as for inside your mind, small things that bothered you will seem less important, you will feel a quiet space where positivity and gratitude seem to naturally rise from deep inside you. From your inner source of love, clarity and vitality.
