My role: sole instructional designer and developer under a signed contract (Feb to Apr 2026). I ran discovery and SME interviews, wrote 3 storyboards, built 3 Rise 360 modules with custom graphics, scenario practice, reflections and knowledge checks, and delivered SCORM packages plus a manager guide, all WCAG 2.1 AA. Result: a complete customer service program for 9 staff roles.

For each product category I analyze source content, write scripts and storyboards, produce the Product 101, Features and Benefits and demo videos, add knowledge checks.
