Sure! That's an extra called person based illustration.
About revisions.
I have a very professional an efficient workflow, and a long list of happy clients to prove that it works very well. I made as many sketches as needed before finish the job not counting adjustments on that phase as revisions. So don't worry, you probably will not spend an extra cent on revisions.
