Can you coordinate events remotely?
Yes! I provide remote event planning and logistics coordination worldwide, including timelines, vendor research, scheduling, budgeting, and guest experience planning. On-site coordination is also available for selected projects upon request.
Can you help with vendors, catering, sound, and lighting?
Absolutely! I can research and coordinate venues, catering, décor, audiovisual production, sound, lighting, and other event services. I also collaborate with specialized production partners. Vendor availability and production costs are quoted separately.
Are vendor and production costs included in your packages?
No. My packages cover the planning and coordination services described in each offer. Venue rentals, catering, equipment, staffing, and other third-party expenses are not included and must be approved separately.
