FAQ
What do you need from me to start?
Your Minecraft version, mod loader (Forge, Fabric or NeoForge), mod list, latest log and any crash report, sent through Fiverr messages. Without logs I can only guess, so send them before ordering if you can.
What if you cannot fix my problem?
I will tell you clearly and suggest the next step. If a mod itself is broken and has no fix, I will say so. Message me with your log before ordering and I will tell you what is realistic. Refunds follow Fiverr's own rules.
Which mod loaders and versions do you work with?
Forge, Fabric and NeoForge modpacks. Send me your Minecraft version and I will confirm I can handle it before you order. Very old or heavily customized packs may need a higher package.
Can you convert my mods from Forge to Fabric?
No. Porting mods between loaders is not part of this gig. I fix crashes, mod conflicts and lag in the modpack you already have.
Do you set up or host my server?
No. I fix and optimize a modpack or server you already have. Hosting, building a new server and writing new mods or plugins are not included.
How long does a fix take?
Basic is 2 days, Standard 3 days and Premium 5 days. I set these so I can deliver on time. If your issue is bigger than the package you picked, I will tell you before I start.
Which package should I pick?
Basic is one crash, error or mod conflict. Standard covers up to 3 issues, including lag. Premium adds performance tuning, full testing and a written change log. Not sure? Message me with your log.
Do I need to share passwords? Is my world safe?
No passwords are needed for a first diagnosis, only logs and your mod list. Please back up your world and modpack folder first, and I will list every change I make so you can undo it.
