Can you fix a model someone else built?
Yes. Most of my model work is fixing reports built by previous freelancers or internal teams. I review the model, explain what is wrong in plain English, and rebuild only what is needed.
Will my existing visuals still work?
Yes. I keep your report pages and reconnect the visuals to the new model and measures, so your team sees the same layout with correct numbers.
What access do you need?
The .pbix file or workspace access, plus read access or exports from your source systems so I can reconcile the totals. I sign an NDA on request.
Why don't my Power BI totals match my source?
Usually a broken relationship, a many-to-many join or a measure written for single rows. I fix the model so every total matches your source system, then document each measure.

Is my data safe? Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. I sign an NDA on request, work inside your own accounts with only the access needed, and do not keep copies of your data after delivery.
Who owns the work when we're done?
You do. Everything is built in your own accounts and handed over with documentation and admin access, so you are never locked in to me.
Can I start small and grow later?
Yes. Most clients start with one small step, see results, then add the next piece. Nothing is wasted because each step builds on the last.
