Is training online or in person?
Live online via Zoom, Teams or Google Meet, scheduled around your team. Every session is recorded so new managers can catch up later.
Do my managers need technical skills?
No. This is for people who use dashboards, not people who build them. If they can use email, they can follow along.
What if the dashboard itself needs changes?
I note every point of confusion during training and give you a short list of fixes. I can make them as a separate order or on a monthly plan.
Does the training cover Copilot and AI features?
Yes. Managers learn to ask Copilot questions about your own reports, check the answers against the numbers, and know when to trust them. AI makes dashboards easier to use, but only if people know how to read them.
