Who are you?
I've been a personal trainer for over 6+ years, coaching in-person mainly. I'm finally bringing my services online to Fiverr. I've played competitive sports since I was a child, I competed in bodybuilding show as a NATURAL, and I've worked with famous coaches in the fitness industry
Do you create personalized workout plans?
YES. NONE of my plans are pre-bought, pre-generated, or generic. I will talk to you and see what your goals are, then come up with a custom plan for you. This is what makes my work fun. You DESERVE a custom plan! I can't believe these other coaches just sending basic plans out not tailored for you.
Do you work with any gender?
YES; I have experience training both Men and Women. Actually, I have more experience training in-person with Women.
Can any experience level receive coaching?
YES! I don't have a preference. I enjoy the challenges and journey that come with training beginners and more advanced lifters.
Are meal plans provided?
YES. For ALL plans. I won't lie to you; getting personal training without meal plan/programming is generally not a good idea. So, I provide both. You will see your results much faster focusing on your nutrition.
What is included in the Meal Plan?
I will provide you with daily Calorie goal, and total Protein/Fat/Carbohydrate goals. From there, you have two options. A) You eat your own preferred foods based off the goals or B) I can list you what to eat to meet those goals. Both options are great, it depends on how much flexibility you want.
