Pre-Incorporation

Step 1: Name Reservation

Name application directly through SPICe+ Part A;

Two names can be proposed in order of preference;

Drafting and finalizing the object clause of the Company;

Trademark certificate and NOC (along with other documents), if applicable. 

B. Step 2: Drafting and Filing Necessary Documents and Forms with MCA 

Drafting and filing Memorandum of Association, Articles of Association and SPICe+ Part B;

Drafting and filing various declarations, affidavits and all other supporting documents as required under Companies Act, 2013;

Liaising with the authorities and answering any queries that may have; and

Obtaining necessary registrations such as Certificate of Incorporation; Permanent Account Number; Tax Deduction and Collection Number; and

Providing basic stationary of the company which includes 10 copies of MOA/AOA, statutory registers, minute binder, share certificate book and company seal/stamp

POST INCORPORATION

C.Step 3: Obtaining Necessary Registrations

Preparing all necessary documents and coordination with local bank of choice for opening the bank account; and
