Send me a folder of PDF invoices or tables and get back one clean Excel workbook, with every total checked.
What you get:
- One row per invoice: vendor, date, invoice number, currency, subtotal, tax, total
- A line items sheet with every row from every invoice
- A flags sheet that says, in plain words, which numbers do not add up
Every invoice is checked: quantity x price against each line, lines against the subtotal, and subtotal, discount, shipping and tax against the total. Scanned PDFs are read with OCR. Anything unreadable or ambiguous is listed for you, never guessed.
The gallery shows a run we built: six invoices in six different layouts, one of them a tilted scan. All six were read, and the two with wrong arithmetic were flagged.

Can you handle scanned PDFs?
Yes. Scans are read with OCR. Anything that cannot be read clearly is listed for you, not guessed.
