Will the chatbot make things up?
No. It answers only from your content. When the answer isn't there, it says so and passes the visitor to your contact form. Before handover we test it with your real questions and with questions it should refuse, and show you the results.
Who pays for the AI usage?
You do, on your own AI provider account, so you own the bot and its running cost. We set it up and show you where to watch usage.
Will it work on my site?
Yes, if your site accepts a small script: WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix or plain HTML. Not sure? Tell me your platform before ordering and I will confirm.
