Do you provide the SketchUp source file?
Yes! I provide the editable SketchUp 3D source file for FREE in my Standard and Premium packages.
Can you work from a hand-drawn sketch?
Yes, absolutely. As long as the sketch has measurements, I can convert it into a professional 3D model.
What is the difference between a "Revision" and a "New Design"?
A revision covers minor tweaks (e.g., changing paint color, moving a sofa, swapping a lamp). If you want to change the entire room layout or theme after delivery, that is considered a "New Design" and will require a new order.
I don't have an AutoCAD file, just a hand sketch. Is that okay?
Yes! As long as your hand sketch has clear wall measurements (length, width, height), I can work with it. Please make sure the writing is legible.
What format will the final deliverables be in?
I deliver high-quality JPEGs or PNGs for the renders. For the 3D model (Standard/Premium packages), I provide the SketchUp (.skp) file
Do you design commercial spaces like offices or restaurants?
My primary focus in this Gig is Residential (Homes/Apartments). However, I can do small commercial spaces. Please message me first to discuss the scale and pricing.
