Somewhere between the newsletters and the invoices there are two or three people who actually want to buy from you. Finding them takes half your morning.
Here is what I set up. Gmail connects to n8n. Every email that comes in gets read by AI and sorted - lead, support, or ignore it. The leads drop into a Google Sheet by themselves, one row each. You open the sheet, you see your leads. That is it.
Want more? The AI writes the reply as well and leaves it as a draft in Gmail. You read it, change what sounds wrong, send it. It never sends on its own. I do not build it that way. Those emails have your name on them.
The workflow is yours. Runs on your n8n, your accounts. You are not stuck with me.

Will it send emails without me seeing them?
No. The AI writes the reply and saves it as a draft in your Gmail. You read it, change what you want, and send it yourself. Nothing goes out without you.
Do I need my own n8n account?
Yes. The workflow runs on your n8n with your accounts, so it stays yours. If you do not have it set up yet, tell me and I will help you get it running.
What do you need from me to start?
Access to the Gmail account, a Google Sheet, and a few real emails so the sorting matches the kind of messages you actually get.
What if it sorts an email wrong?
That is what revisions are for. Send me the email it got wrong and I will adjust the rules so it does not happen again.
