Is product data creation included?
No, this gig covers system configuration only (company data, tax, payment, shipping, documents). Product data creation/maintenance is offered as a separate service.
What if I also sell internationally?
The package prices cover tax settings for Germany. For EU countries, add the International Tax Settings EU extra for $270 (+2 days). Message me first and I'll clarify exactly what you need.
Do I need more shipping providers than included?
The Standard package includes 2, the Premium package includes 3. Each additional one costs $50 extra.
How does the call work?
15-30 minutes depending on the package (Premium: two calls). We go through your current setup, requirements, and do a final check before delivery.
Do you need access to my system?
Yes, I need access to your JTL Wawi (e.g. via TeamViewer/AnyDesk or remote access) - we'll set this up during our first call.
