About this Gig
With 3+ years of experience in Roofing & Restoration Estimation, I have a deep understanding and knowledge of Xactimate Estimates.
I have a great understanding of all the line items for Roof replacement/repair, Exteriors (siding, Gutters, Downspout etc), and Interior repairs (Ceiling, walls and flooring, bathroom and kitchen) as well.
I can also do Xactimate sketching of the roof and Interior as well, provided the accurate measurements and details.
Note: I'll need scope sheet / photos of the damge with description and measurements of the structures to draw out the sketch.
