- Deployed on Vercel or your own infrastructure, with the OAuth install flow working end to end
RECENT WORK
A complete store locator app built solo - Remix and Polaris admin, PostGIS spatial search, geocoded CSV import, public JSON API and a theme app extension. Also a customer account extension writing metafields through the Customer Account GraphQL API.

Custom app or public app - which do I nee
If it is only for your own store, a custom app is faster and skips App Store review entirely. Choose a public app only if you plan to sell it to other merchants. I will tell you honestly which one your case needs.
Have you published an app on the Shopify App Store?
Yes - I have built and published a store locator app, and I wrote every line of it myself. I keep the listing out of my public profile, but I am happy to walk you through it privately before you order. Most of my app work is custom and merchant-specific, which never needs a listing at
Who pays for hosting and the database?
You do, on your own accounts, so you own everything from day one. A small app runs comfortably on Vercel and Supabase free or hobby tiers. I set it all up and hand over the keys.
Can you take over an app another developer started?
Yes. Send me the repo and I will come back with an honest read on what is there before you order anything.
Does the app work with my theme?
The admin side is theme-independent. For the storefront I ship a theme app extension, which merchants add from the theme editor and which survives theme updates.
