Which network devices and manufacters/platforms do you support?
I have the most experience with MikroTik RouterOS, Cisco, and OpenWrt. However I offer my services for any kinds of computer networking related hardware and software. Please contact me with your device model and requirements before ordering if you're unsure.
How do you handle remote access and credential sharing?
I provide my self-hosted remote desktop (RustDesk) and password sharing (Onetime Secret) service, hosted on my VPS, for creating a secure remote connection to your network. If you prefer any other remote desktop solution, I'm open to it as long as it is secure and licensed.
Do you provide documentation after configuration?
Yes. Depending on the package, I can provide a summary of the changes made, relevant configuration notes, and guidance on the completed task. Detailed documentation or additional work should be agreed upon in advance.
Do you guarantee that every network issue can be fixed?
I'll do my best to identify and resolve the agreed issue, but the outcome depends on the hardware, software, configuration, and available information. If I discover that the issue requires additional work or is outside the agreed scope, I'll discuss the options with you before proceeding.
