My own developed general strength training program. Variations for adult men and adult women. Variations possible for different groups or if you have special needs, background or situation. Coaching when following the program is also possible and advised for the most optimal results.


The program includes:


  1. Training program for general, full body strength development.
  2. Progression protocol for the training plan.
  3. Warm-ups and cool downs.
  4. Frequently asked questions about the program.
  5. Problem solving when not making progress.
  6. Exercises, training protocols, sets, reps, rest, frequency etc.
  7. Regular check-ins, modifications, formchecks and progress tracking if using coaching package!
  8. Constant monitoring, adjusting plans, weekly check-ins and answering any questions and/or giving background information you might need when using coaching package!
