All you need to get started is a "domain name" and "hosting plan" for that domain name. domain name= Domain names are used to identify your dream site :) hosting plan: use to hosting in the web (google, safari, firefox,etc) your dream site :)

You can get them in different comapnys, my recommendation: Goddady.com , hostgator.com , hostinger.com(cheeper option). There are much more companys out there so the choosie is yours :). Ask me if you need help about this step!
